The company “TKS-Beton” to intensify its concrete production
“TKS-Beton” has recently acquired a new concrete plant (manufactured in Germany) that is planned to be installed in Kyiv. This is the third concrete plant that the company is launching in the capital. At present in Kyiv there are two successfully operating concrete plants located on the streets Berkovetska and Chervonoarmiyska.
Roman Krasnopolskyy, Director of TKS-Beton, emphasizes: “This year this is already the third mobile concrete plant that the company has acquired. Furthermore TKS intends to expand its concrete production chain focusing in particular on mobile concrete plants. The peculiarities of our concrete production lie in the fact that our concrete plants are mounted on small land plots near the construction objects. It takes only seven days for TKS to mount one mobile concrete plant. The entire system is fully automated.”
According to Roman Krasnopolskyy: “Next year the company plans to purchase at least five similar concrete plants which are planned to be launched in Kyiv and Kyiv region. Total investments for 2010 will constitute more than 5 million Euro. In addition in the short run we plan to invest into gravel pits that will ensure stable resource base and strengthen our positions on the concrete market. At present the volume of concrete production on five operating plants can amount to 1,5 mln ì³ per year.“TKS-Beton” concrete production market share in Lviv region is 20%. The company aims to expand its chain of concrete plants aggressively and take not less than a 10% market share of concrete production in Ukraine”.
