Europeans likes to invest in apart-hotels. In Ukraine this type of investment is new. Such opportunity is provided by the medical and recreational complex "Lisova Pisnya" in Truskavets, which investor and developer is TKS Company. This four star hotel is built in the best European traditions of a resort hotel with medical and recreational complex, balneology, swimming-pool and SPA. The first phase of the complex will be commissioned in the first quarter of next year.
 
The price of such apartments with the "turnkey" finishing ranges from90 to 100 thousand U.S. dollars depending on the planning. The owner of the suite can live like in his own home, and the rest of time lease it to tenants and receive regular income. The owners of the apartment do not incur any additional expenses.
 
The owner will have the annual fixed income up to 10 thousand dollars from the apartment in the complex "Lisova Pisnya".
