• Development company
• Concrete production company
• Construction company

Management

TKS Holding is managed by “TKS-Management” comprised of three main departments:

•  Development Department
• Commercial Department
• Department of Corporate Finance

 Board of Directors with General Director at the head is the governing body of the Management Company.

Supervisory Board

General Director reports to Supervisory Board that includes representatives of majority and minority shareholders as well as representatives of the management. The head of Supervisory Board is an independent representative.
