Development
TKS develops its projects in the cities of Western Ukraine with the focus on Lviv and further expansion to central regions and the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv.
TKS is strengthening its positions of a leading developer in Western Ukraine by increasing its real estate market share (TKS holds up to 20% commercial real estate market share in Lviv).
TKS implements construction and development of real estate from site searching to project commissioning and granting commercial properties on lease.
The project portfolio of the Holding is well balanced and diversified by geography and type of real estate. Commercial and residential real estate projects constitute 60% and 40% respectively. As of 1st quarter 2010 the project portfolio of the Holding includes 17 completed projects and those under completion. Total project area constitutes 320,5 thousand sq. m.
Concrete Production
TKS Holding owns “TKS-Beton”, the company that is developing the chain of concrete plants.
“TKS-Beton” has signed an agreement on cooperation with the German company, a producer of concrete plants, to supply concrete plants of fast installation to Ukraine.
These concrete plants are installed by TKS on small leashold land plots (up to 1 ha) near the construction site.
Currently seven concrete plants are operating.
The production capacity of a typical concrete plant constitutes 50 000 cubic m per year. The company’s goal is to expand the concrete plant chain and take a concrete production market share in Ukraine not less than 10%.
Construction
The Construction Company specializes on general construction works, frame and monolithic constructions, erection and excavation works as well as construction of hydraulic facilities, provision of transport services and lease of equipment.
Presently the Construction Company is the General Contractor for the Investment Project in accordance with the Comprehensive Flood Prevention Program implemented in Lviv region.
The flood prevention projects involve about 1500 workers and specialists of qualified engineering and technical staff with the use of 300 units of specialized construction equipment.
The Construction Company includes Project Department, Land Surveying, Hydro Geological and Hydro Engineering Groups.
